Digital games are delivered as download links or codes after payment confirmation. Delivery may be instant or within 24 hours depending on verification.
All digital sales are final unless the product is defective or the wrong item is delivered.
3. Physical Products
Physical items (consoles, components) are sold as pre-owned. We describe product condition as accurately as possible. Shipping and delivery times vary. For returns and refunds, please see our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
4. Payments
All payments are processed via Razorpay. We do not store card details. Transactions are subject to Razorpay terms and applicable taxes.
5. Limitation of Liability
ROY'S MOTION GAMES is not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price paid.
